6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or minor variations inherent to handmade products.
  • Exchanges may only be considered if the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product.
  • A complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or incorrect-product claim.
