Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Chirpy Knots, each piece is carefully handmade and prepared with attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain the following policy.
No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Minor variations in color, size, shape, or texture that naturally occur in handmade products.
- Orders where the customer no longer wants the product after it has been shipped or delivered.
All sales are considered final.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange will only be considered in the following cases:
- The customer receives a damaged product.
- The customer receives an incorrect product.
No refunds will be provided in these cases. Eligible claims will be resolved through a replacement or exchange of the same item, subject to availability.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for an exchange claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The unboxing video must:
- Be recorded from the moment the sealed package is first shown.
- Clearly display the shipping label and package condition before opening.
- Show the entire unpacking process in one continuous, unedited video.
- Clearly show all items received inside the package.
- Show any damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
- Be submitted without cuts, pauses, edits, filters, or camera interruptions.
- Ensure good lighting condition before recording the video.
- Ensure the camera is not moving much, use a tripod or ask someone to hold camera for you while you unbox
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange, replacement, or review.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at pixelbirdie.design@gmail.com and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Mandatory unboxing video
- Description of the issue
Our team will review the claim and respond within 48 hours.
Exchange Process
Once the claim is approved:
- A replacement or exchange item will be arranged.
- The customer will be required to return the original item once requested.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Actual product color and texture may vary slightly from images due to different screen displays and photography lighting. As each piece is handmade, slight variations in pattern, shape, or finish may also occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
